I believe that it is terrific that the city of Glendora has put $350,000 toward preserving the area of the foothills known as Bluebird Ranch.
What I do not understand is how the same city has looked at a review of development plans for Gordon Highland in the foothills of Glendora at the last planning commission hearing.
