Woman Credits Youth Build for Life's Blueprint

Summary

Nancy Solis calls it "receiving a transformation.' After dropping out of high school in her junior year, Solis was "doing absolutely nothing.' Members are expected to work toward a high school GED or diploma and to learn job skills through hands-on work. Leadership and communication skills are emphasized, as is community service.
