MONTEREY PARK - Police arrested a man and woman Sunday night on suspicion of stealing copper from an Southern California Edison facility, authorities said.
Arrested were Dawn Cobos, 38, and Michael Reeder, 46, both of Hawthorne. They are being held on suspicion of grand theft, Monterey Park police Lt. Eugene Harris said.See the full content of this document
