IRWINDALE - Two 18-year-old men were arrested early Friday morning after leading police on a high-speed chase reaching 130 mph from Irwindale to Pasadena.
The incident started when an El Monte police helicopter spotted two cars involved in street racing on Rivergrade Road near the 605 freeway. When Irwindale police arrived on the scene at approximately 12:30 a.m., one of the cars, a 91 Chevy passenger vehicle, took off, explained Irwindale Lt.
