FAVORITISM is an issue in far too many families. We knew a mother who didn't care much for her second child because, said mom, "The kid game me too many problems during my pregnancy." Mom explained further that her first born had been a slam dunk; no morning sickness, no constantly having to check in with the doctor. To top it all off, Mom was known to brag about how short her labor was and how smooth the delivery went.
