PASADENA - Marcos Costa, the big-rig driver whose car-hauler crashed into a car at Angeles Crest Highway and Foothill Boulevard, killing a 12-year-old girl and her father, appeared in court for a hearing Tuesday and was ordered to return Jan. 6.
