PASADENA - Around 25,000 Pasadena Water and Power residential electric customers, selected at random, are about to begin receiving personalized Home Energy Reports as part of a new pilot program aimed at reducing home energy use.

PWP officials said the bimonthly reports provide easy-to- understand information on personal household energy consumption, and suggestions on choices for using and spending less on energy.
