PASADENA - City Water and Power officials are saying that initial fire department estimates of $20 million in damage from a city power plant fire on Tuesday are likely way too high.
"I don't think $20 million is even in the ball park," said Phyllis Currie, the general manager of Pasadena Water and Power. She declined to name a specific figure as an estimate.See the full content of this document
