PASADENA - The Pasadena City College Program for Academic Support Services (PASS), which provides help for low-income, first- generation and disabled college students to graduate and transfer to a four-year institution, has received a $1.5 million grant from the TRIO/Student Support Services Programs with the U.S. Department of Education.
