PASADENA - A city liquor store is appealing a commission ruling that would force it to ban the sale of small airline-sized liquor bottles, clean up customers' litter around the area, and hire a full- time security guard.
The liquor store, Super Liquor, has long been accused by area residents of having customers that engage in drug dealing, prostitution, and often litter, or even pass out around the neighborhood.
