In reference to the "Yearbook slap: Charter Oak students upset by prank" article (June 26), it is clear that Superintendent Clint Harwick's "wonderful diversity" and the "richer educational experience" (admittedly, fine propaganda) are PR points rather than principles implemented by officials and advisers.
