Summary
Recently, I was reminded once more why it is important for the state of California to have somewhere like Nelles in Whittier to send both youth offenders and those law-breakers who are something less than criminally dangerous.
Yes, every day at close to 3 p.m. there are a few kids from a local school who pass through our neighborhood and right by our house.
