Summary

With the preliminary elections over in Iraq, the hard part now is bringing order out of disorder. The 275-member National Assembly that has now been selected, many Sunni Arabs will not see the election as legitimate.

The Shia, the Kurds and those Sunnis who managed to get elected to the Assembly must now design a constitution that will help end the insurgency. The next six months will amount to the toughest test that can be faced by any, Islamic or otherwise.
