BASSETT - A trio of carjackers made off with a brand-new Lexus SUV Wednesday morning after hitting the driver in the face with a handgun, authorities said.
A man and a woman were driving in the car near Basetdale Avenue and Don Julian Road about 10:30 a.m. when they were approached by three men about 20 to 25 years old, wearing dark sweatshirts, said Sgt. Gerard Valona of the Industry Sheriff's Station.See the full content of this document
