Summary
I am currently attending Pasadena City College and taking education classes. I want to become a teacher. I recently read an article in your newspaper in the education corner section called "Equipping students with integrity." I really agree that we need to teach our students skills so that they can be an asset to the people around them and that they will have respect for others and think in an unselfish way.
I think the school should hold career day once a week and have people from around the community come in and teach students skills that they would need in order to be successful in that career. Every week a different career so that the students will learn the skills necessary for the job that they might want to pursue. This will also give them hands-on learning to see what jobs they like or dislike.See the full content of this document
