As commander of VFW Post 10218 for the past seven years, I need to reply to an article that was published on Feb. 18 regarding Grants for Vets.
That the city of El Monte has been "lukewarm" and "suspicious" of us is one member's opionion, and he speaks for himself only. To the contrary, the city of El Monte and its staff have always been supportive of our organization and all veterans as well.See the full content of this document
