Summary
Why would the City Council remove the only comic relief from the City Council meetings - gadfly Joe Marsico? They should pay him to park his trolley in front of City Hall and remind the citizens that you can be an irritant to elected officials, just to keep the elected oligarchy from getting too comfortable with power.
The city is spending (PAC money) on TV ads, to promote drilling in the hills and asking citizens to trust them to make the right decision. Well, having their verbal nemesis arrested is counterproductive.
