Summary
I am responding to the article in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune (Nov. 29) newspaper entitled "11th hour for woodland." The county plans on cutting down 11 acres of oak and sycamore trees from an area near the Santa Anita Dam so they can spread removed soil there from behind the dam.
When environmental issues reduce jobs in California I am against such issues. However, this plan to remove the trees is primarily for convenience and lower cost to remove this soil.See the full content of this document
