Re wastewater recycling: I have been reading with great interest, and a bit of nostalgia, the growing determination to utilize at least some heretofore classified "wastewater" in necessary water conservation attempts.
Although growing up in mostly urban areas, I was born in the San Joaquin Valley of California, a "country boy" and most summers were spent staying for extended periods with my "country cousins" and related families. I have always remembered the "tags" on the external hose bibs that read "non-potable" and the admonitions of my relatives that drinking from hoses attached to those fixtures could make you very sick.See the full content of this document
