SANTA ANA - The man accused of killing Los Angeles Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart and two others, including a Diamond Bar woman, was indicted Wednesday on three felony counts of murder for smashing his minivan into the group's car last month while he was under the influence, Orange County District Attorney's Office officials said.

Orange County prosecutors say Andrew Gallo was indicted for murder as well as three other felonies for the April 9 crash, including one felony count of fleeing the scene of a traffic collision involving death or permanent injury, one felony count of driving under the influence causing injury, and one felony count of driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol causing injury.
