THE so-called "Adventure Pass" program is in trouble with the law - again. This time, a judge in Arizona spanked the U.S. Forest Service's hiney for slapping citations on "a mild-mannered, churchgoing, Tucson legal secretary" - as she is described on the activist Web site www.westernslopenofee.org. Government lawyers took Chris Wallace to court for (gasp!) hiking the Coronado National Forest back country without first buying a pass.
