WEST COVINA - The number of homebuyers who signed contracts to buy previously owned homes rose for the ninth month in a row last month - and it was no surprise to local Realtors.
The National Association of Realtors said Tuesday its seasonally adjusted index of sales agreements rose 3.7 percent from September to October to 114.1.
