LOS ANGELES - Attorneys for the family of a woman and two children killed in an El Monte street race last month are expected to file a $100 million lawsuit today against the suspects in the crash and Nissan Motor Co., officials said.
The suit will allege that 19-year-old Robert Canizalez and 21- year-old Martin Morones are liable for wrongful death, gross negligence and intentional negligence. It will also allege product liability and negligence on the part of Nissan, according to officials in attorney Charles Mathews' office.See the full content of this document
