MONROVIA -- The Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority on Tuesday approved a supplemental environmental impact report (SEIR) for the next phase of development from Pasadena to Azusa, a release announced Wednesday.
The SEIR augments a final EIR approved in 2007 with a number of project modifications that have arisen in the time since -- including a 25-acre maintenance and operations facility site in Monrovia, new parking locations at the Irwindale and Monrovia stations, reconfiguration of the intersection of Mountain Ave. and Duarte Rd., and replacement of two existing bridges along the 11.5- mile alignment.See the full content of this document
