POMONA - Inland Empire residents have low consumer confidence, are quickly losing home value and feel that crime is rising when it really isn't, according to an economic presentation offered Wednesday at Cal Poly Pomona.
The series of studies, now in its third year, was presented by fellows of the Cal Poly Pomona Center for Inland Empire Studies.
