Foothill Transit has started its eastbound commuter lines early this afternoon to accommodate commuters eager to get home following this morning's earthquake.

The change affects all Commuter Express service, which includes lines 493, 497, 498, 499 and 699. The first trips will be for line 497, which has a final destination in Chino Hills.
