Doctor's Murder Stumps Police in San Francisco

Summary


Police found two credit cards believed to have been stolen when the chief of nuclear medicine at San Francisco General Hospital was stabbed to death in his home. But they haven't found the doctor's car or many other clues, authorities acknowledged this week.

Dr. Robert J. Lull, 64, was found on the floor just inside the doorway of his home on Thursday, after hospital officials sent his assistant to look for him when he failed to arrive at his clinic.
