COVINA - Police Thursday used GPS technology to catch a 14-year- old boy who had been on a 100-incident graffiti spree, officers said.
The boy, whose name was not released, is scheduled to be charged with felony vandalism at Pomona Juvenile Court, said Sgt. Jim McDonough of the Covina Police Department.See the full content of this document
