WEST COVINA - The human parents of Moe the chimp are scheduled to ask a judge today to force the city of West Covina to honor the terms of a 2002 settlement agreement, officials said.

Ernest Algorri, attorney for West Covina residents St. James and LaDonna Davis, said the city has not lived up to a 2002 deal made when the Davises sued West Covina for civil rights violations after police charged the couple with a felony for housing the 40-year-old chimp.
