WHITTIER - Four new cell towers are expected to go up at city parks, providing the city nearly $100,000 annually in revenue.Clearwire, a Washington-based company, will pay the city $24,000 annually per park to erect cell towers at Founders, Lee Owens, Penn and Palm parks.
While the City Council has approved the leases, the Planning Commission still must approve permits for all four.See the full content of this document
