SAN DIMAS - The Brasada project, a plan to build 61 exclusive homes in the San Dimas foothills, gained partial approval from the City Council on Tuesday and appears headed for final approval in January.

Developer NJD Ltd. and city staffers are expected to hammer out final details of the development agreement and tentative tract map before the council's next meeting on Jan. 11.
