GLENDORA - A domestic violence call led to the arrest Monday afternoon of a woman and man suspected of identity theft, grand theft auto, possession of stolen property and methamphetamine, authorities said.
Baldwin Park residents Ramon Cantor, 41, and Catherine Arce, 38, were arrested after police found them arguing next to a stolen vehicle with methamphetamine, multiple drivers licenses and credit cards inside, Lt. Brian Summers of the Glendora police said.See the full content of this document
