ARCADIA - Four environmental activists who climbed trees in an effort to prevent county bulldozers from razing an 11-acre oak woodland in Arcadia were arrested Wednesday night, officials said.

All four are being held at L.A. County Sheriff's Department's Temple Station in Temple City, where they were booked on charges of resisting or obstructing a police officer and trespassing.
