EL MONTE - The El Monte man accused of killing a mother and her two children in a street racing accident faces life in prison and millions of dollars in civil damages.
Martin Morones, 21, of El Monte, who was captured Monday afternoon, faces three counts of second degree murder along with Robert Canizalez, 19, also of El Monte.
